When I try to watch a video (or enter a content unit) the page freezes or keeps loading, but never fully loads
Check your internet connection, you might have a low speed internet connection or maybe have blocked access to certain websites such as Vimeo.
Follow these instructions:
- If you want to discard a low speed internet connection as the problem, try to access the video on your cellphone using your mobile network.
- Try to access the videos using another internet network
